LISTENING TO:
*ernie c. ernst: New York City
Great tune about not wanting to move to NYC. Vocally, few other female singers, famous or unsigned, compare w/her. Check ernie’s tunes out here:
www.erniecernst.com
*Stereo MC’s: Connected
Classic early 90s trip-hop. Ultra-mesmerizing. You know the tune. “Stumble you might fall”. Oh, yeah. Pass the e.
*Aimee Mann: Going Through The Motions
Must say I’m not the devotee some of my friends are, but this one grabbed me. Seems a little more upbeat, almost rockin’ than her usual self. Heard it in a restaurant in Vegas, bought on iTunes.

WATCHING:
*MTV: Strange Love
Guilty, guilty, guilty. I know. But the never-ending train-wreck that is Bridgitte Neilsen & Flavor Flav I find rather entertaining.
*BBC America: Wire In The Blood
Bloody gruesome, but well done. The lead guy reminds me of John Lennon, somehow.
